TERRIBLE

Not only did THIS filter not fit, the other two that I was sent did not fit. I still have money that has not yet been refunded. The team at searspartdirect in the Philippines kept sending me filters that did not fit when finally they waived the white flag of surrender. But suggested that I sign up for the 2 x per year filter replacement. I am upset that there is no filter for my Kenmore. It's Very surprising as Sears normally knows their product. Also, there is another part on back order.
