efficient and timely order and delivery

The hardest part of the replacement was moving the fridge and accessing the component in the lower back compartment. Once in there, it was rather simple to make the exchange. Old part out, new part in.

Exactly correct part.

Relatively easy to install. KitchenAid design made it necessary.

Fixed the problem

Easy to install and didn't take long. Had to use a hairdryer to de-ice the drain opening though.

quick installation.

The installation was easy. The tech issue is that the fridge needs to be defrosted for the drip tube to work.
