no one to talk too and the package arrived damaged. Managed to resusitatte the band using heat. No invoice in the packaging.

Perfect (but pricy) replacement.

Second Try Was a Charm

This is the second gasket we've ordered for this fridge. After a live chat on the website explaining in very clear terms which door I needed the gasket for, I was sent the gasket for the wrong door. I hadn't examined the product when it arrived and waited to install, only then did I realize it was for the wrong door. I ordered the correct gasket from the website, unassisted, and am pleased with the fit and the care in which it was shipped. Good to know I have a spare gasket if/when it fails on the other door.
