I wasn't sure what the problem was with a Whirlpool Refrigerator (3 door) so I bought the 3 possible part. This "closer cam" costs $38.00 - ridiculous price for a 3 cent (raw material) piece of plastic. The refrigerator was only about 3-4 years old and when I took the door off all 3 pieces seemed to be in perfect condition, no cracks, splits or worn areas. But i replaced all 3 of them and suddenly the door closed better. Now it may have been because i tilted the door back a little more than it was but the customer was fine with it. I don't know why these tiny pieces of plastic cost more than $8 - 10.00 at most. I recommend the part only because it fit properly. It would have been easier to install if the cabinet did not come out over the refrigerator so far. I had to raise the leveling legs so i could roll the unit out 6" and that meant taking the "grill" off. For a 73 year old that was the hardest part. Taking the door off and putting on was a piece of cake after than.
