Critical part that is weak
Order 2 as they fail often. The last one broke 3 feet into the 20 inches of snow we got! Unfortunately its the only option.

Simple to install
While the install of this cheap plastic cable retainer was done in 5 minutes... I must complain about the price of shipping. I ordered 2 of these parts due to they are so fragile. Sears could have put them in an envelope & sent through US mail way cheaper that the 9plus dollars I paid to have them shipped.

Necessary part for snow blower
I bought 2 of these small plastic pieces For the cable retention. $33.00. $11.00/pc and $11.00 shipping. The price point is ludicrous. Small wonder Sears went out with price gouging like this. I certainly will never buy another anything with the Craftsman name on it.
