- Oven door handle. The oven door handle allows you to open and close the oven door.
- High-limit thermostat. The high-limit thermostat trips when it detects that the oven is overheating.
- Relay control board. The relay control board gets signals from the main electronic control board and the relay control board opens and shuts relays that send electrical current to the bake and broil thermostats to help control oven heating.
- Convection fan. The convection fan circulates air through the oven cavity to evenly heat foods in the oven.
How to replace the oven door handle on your National Presto wall oven
- Open the oven door and remove the screws that secure each side of the oven door handle to the oven door.
- Position the new oven door handle on the front of the oven door and line up the mounting screw holes with the mounting holes in the oven door.
- Insert the oven door handle mounting screws through the oven door and into the new door handle then tighten the oven door handle mounting screws firmly.
- Close the oven door.
