It was easy to find the right part I needed on the website. Shipping was fast. The video I watched to install the part was more involved than for my dryer. I didn't need to take the whole dryer apart like the video. Easy.

Right part, right price!

Easy to install
It was very easy to install, and it only took me about 10 minutes to put everything back together. I tested the dryer and it worked perfectly, putting out a lot of heat.

Trouble Receiving Parts and Customer Satisfaction
Your customer service is highly inadequate. I was on the phone for several hours with no resolution to my issue. I was transferred three different times then the phone hung up. I call back on three different days with the same long hold times and no resolution to my issue. I ordered two parts on express shipment fees, and only one part arrived. i had to wait for four hours on a call just for a representative to tell me that the part can no longer be ordered. i still have not received a refund. i ordered the parts on June 6, 2020. I shall take my business elsewhere.
