Dishwasher parts
This review is not about the product so much as it is about the service and the ridiculous amount of time it took for the parts for a brand new dishwasher to come in. The panel and control board was ordered at the same time. The initial ordering the guy said the parts were in stock! Great right??? Not so much. The next day I started getting emails and continued getting emails once per week to tell me the parts were on backorder... :( It took 7 months for the parts to get to me. I will wash my stuff by hand before I rely on Sears Parts Direct again...
