Exact Match and Easy to Install
Delivery was unbelievably fast. I originally thought they did not match because I tried to match the locations where the wires were with the new equipment. Correct way is to check the number and letter combination (1a, 2a etc.) right below each connecting metal.

More detail instructions would be better
The replacement element was a dual coil element and it had 5 connections which were not in the same locations as my original element. Instructions explained 3 of the 5 connections but fail to explain the last 2 connections. Since last 2 connections were not explained, I had no choice but to go with my best judgment that it probably did not matter. After putting everything back together, the stove element worked. This element is running off 240V AC so there is a safety concern so all connections should have explanations.

Not As Represented In Product Photo
Was difficult to install as it was not as represented as shown I photos. Components had to be removed from old unit and mounted on new part. Connectors did not match (were different sizes and locations). I had to solder new connector ends to make it work. If I had known this in advance, I could have saved $35 and $12 shipping.
