The replacement parts fit perfectly
The washing machine pump replacement video was very informative and was a great help to replace the water pump. Some rusted screws slowed down making the repair.

Part Received did not match description
I ordered what was described on the webpage as a drain pump. When it arrived it was a pump casing. Attempting to contact Sears PartsDirect to correct the error, I was confronted by AI Customer Service which basically insisted that the incorrect part being received was basically my fault because I ordered based on the description, rather than the picture. I was never able to actually communicate with a live human and everything offered as compensation for the hassle of their error was already available to me anyway. It has been over a week that we have been without a washer because of this.

It looks like the right piece, but the side of the pump house was wide open. My wash room flooded. Very disappointed.
