Very nice side chute. Fit my craftsman mower perfectly. This was my first order with searspartsdirect. I received this product. I also ordered a blade.I never received the blade only received a ripped up empty box. Looking for a refund on the blade please.

It directs grass clippings
Easy installation...after I read other reviews. Just lift the mulcher flap and insert this under the pin holding the mulcher flap in place, release the mulcher flap and the chute is installed. The mulcher flap sits on top of this piece. It looks a little weird but it works.

Excellent Quality.
Unfortunately not the part I needed. This is the standard side discharge chute. I needed the blank-off plate for mulching. My bad however. This will do for the time being.
