Sent wrong part twice

I bought my washer directly from sears. When buying replacement bolts I was sent the wrong one twice in a row. I tried to send a picture of the bolt in and they would not accept an email from a outside address.

Incomplete order

Simply, I ordered 4 bolts and they sent me 3. I had to wait an addition all 4 days for sears to ÒexpediteÓ the 4th bolt to me. When I received them, the bolts were not OEM and were too short. Not sure if other vendors charging much more for the same part number would have been better. Not happy.
