First part got lost charged more for second and didn't send tracking info. Spent a lot of time on the phone waited two weeks for a belt that didn't fit

Washer Belt
The washer was making a terrible noise when it would reach the spin stage. So, I took the route of least resistance and started with the belt replacement. Replacement was a piece of cake with the right part and a YouTube video. With repair cost skyrocketing, I appreciate Sears parts which saved me a stack of money

Problematic
Gave info on my washer not rotating and thought I needed a belt. Service person looked up my washer and sent a belt. The trouble is this washer doesn't use a belt and he didn't recognize that fact. The belt is useless.
