Part arrive working but...

The part arrived with only a slight shipping delay but could have been packaged better. Two of the retaining clips on the plastic board spacers were broken, but I was able to salvage them from the original part. I replaced the control board due to the oven temp LCDs getting too dim to read. The new board is very bright and working well.
