From Terrible to Great Service
I ordered a NEW control panel and Sears sent me a broken, greasy USED panel. I immediately called customer service and requested a replacement. The representative I spoke with was extremely professional and courteous, apologized, and assured me I would receive a new one as expeditiously as possible. Two days later the NEW panel arrived, I installed it and all works perfectly. I even received a phone call from Sears to check on the arrival and condition of the part.

Mixed service
I ordered a control pcb from my Kenmore oven from the Sears Direct website using their app to purchase the correct part. I received the wrong part. The consumer service person provided me with what I needed to get the wrong part returned and the new part on the truck to me. She said she would do what she could to expedite it. That was 12-12. On 12-18, I received the replacement even though it was listed as back-ordered. I installed the part and the oven heats again. The only issue I have now is that I had to peel the face decal off the old unit and reuse it as the replacement did not come with it. It didn't come off cleanly, so now the face has spots and streaks of decal missing.
