With expedited shipping, arrived Early and within a business week from my order. With help from a YouTube video on part replacement, installed in under 30 minutes. Works as expected, our machine is back in business. (Suggestion- take pictures of the wires and their locations before you disconnect the old control board. This will save you time.)

Installation Not Dificult
The only tool I used was a Phillips head screwdriver. Remove the top, remove a cross member, remove the water level sensor, then remove the motherboard housing. Then replace everything. Not Dificult.

Easy enough
It was easy enough for an old woman of 59 years to figure out. Some of the connectors were hard to pull out of the old part. My washer works as normal now, thankfully. No repair service would come out to fix it. I am so glad I was able to get this part and fix it.

My washer drains again!
My washer wouldn't drain. I checked the drain pump and hoses and they were good. I replaced the circuit board, my washer now drains and functions perfectly.

Selling parts they say they have but don't have
The part I needed was supposedly in stock until after I ordered it and found out my part was not in stock and was expected to arrive the following Friday. On that Friday I was again given another date the following week. I than called to see if they actually had the part and were shipping it. They did not have it in stock but was told they had alternative part that would work so I canceled my existing order and ordered the alternative. When I checked with the repairman I was working with and gave him the part number of what I ordered he looked it up and said it was for another brand and wouldn't work. LG parts don't work on Whirlpool machines. Called Sears parts back again and the person looked up the part number for what I needed and what they told would work and she said that it won't work in our machine. I understand that there are supply line problems but to say you have it and then don't have it a week later and the sell me a part that isn't even made for this brand. We finally ended up buying a new washer even though our broken machine was less than 2 years old.
