With expedited shipping, arrived Early and within a business week from my order. With help from a YouTube video on part replacement, installed in under 30 minutes. Works as expected, our machine is back in business. (Suggestion- take pictures of the wires and their locations before you disconnect the old control board. This will save you time.)

Selling parts they say they have but don't have

The part I needed was supposedly in stock until after I ordered it and found out my part was not in stock and was expected to arrive the following Friday. On that Friday I was again given another date the following week. I than called to see if they actually had the part and were shipping it. They did not have it in stock but was told they had alternative part that would work so I canceled my existing order and ordered the alternative. When I checked with the repairman I was working with and gave him the part number of what I ordered he looked it up and said it was for another brand and wouldn't work. LG parts don't work on Whirlpool machines. Called Sears parts back again and the person looked up the part number for what I needed and what they told would work and she said that it won't work in our machine. I understand that there are supply line problems but to say you have it and then don't have it a week later and the sell me a part that isn't even made for this brand. We finally ended up buying a new washer even though our broken machine was less than 2 years old.

Sent the wrong part and it was broken

Make sure that the replacement parts they send match the parts that are shown on thier website. This was not the case for me and they offered no resolution to get me the proper part, just that I can return the broken one.

Replacement board that doesn't match

This part number replaces the part number that I needed. This part was matched to my model of washer but when attempting to install there are two plugs that don't match.

Faulty part

Received part and it doesn't work. Service man checked the part and it was faulty. Part is being returned.

Could never get the right part for my washer.

After 4 tries we gave up on trying to get the part from Sears Direct. Although my washer is a Kenmore Elite they couldn't appear to get my the right part for my washer. I also have been charged for parts that are taking over a month to get the refund for!

Easy to install

It was easy to install and it was an exact replacement to my old part down to the last detail

Installation Not Dificult

The only tool I used was a Phillips head screwdriver. Remove the top, remove a cross member, remove the water level sensor, then remove the motherboard housing. Then replace everything. Not Dificult.
