Recieved even though we cancelled order
When we order the item, it was expected to arrive in about six days. Then received email that it would be delayed. So we called and cancelled the order. About four weeks later, a boxes showed up at our door. They charged my card and still ship the ECB. Luckily they sent me one that had writing and damage so I was able to return it and get back most of my refund.

Kenmore Elite Washer Model 796.41073
When I enter my Model Number 796.41073.311 for my Kenmore Elite washer the main control board comes up as Part Number EBR78499602. This BOARD IS WRONG and doesn't even have the correct connections on it. When you run the part number EBR79950237 off the old board, the website shows Part Number CAP30101413 as the replacement. upon check out it asks you to verify by entering your washer model number and tells you it is wrong. I ordered this board anyway and it was a perfect match.

WRONG PART
After several attempts to get the right part (6) the technician Supervisor had to go out of his way to get the part personally bring it to my house so the technician can install it.. WRONG PART PULLED EVERY TIME!!!
