Less than knowledgable phone support
They sent the correct filter . How ever they sent the wrong cover for the filter . The original support sales person claimed it was the right one . WRONG ! I called and the sales lady apologized when i called to complain . She also told me that part was no longer available . I went to Home Depot and got the correct part as a kit . Every thing working fine The sales lady did credit my account for the green cover that goes over the filter !

I ordered an air filter, 2 belts ans one blade. The blade got here one day before they said, the air filter got here the day they said but the belts took weeks after they told me they would be here.
