Works great!
Works great! Easy to install if you watch the YouTube video. Ours came with a little torque screw adaptor piece to use with a Phillips screw driver, so no special tools necessary. It seems lot sturdier than the original plastic one.

Easy to install. Working like new
The top rack kept coming off the track. Diagnosed the part. Thought it was pricey for a little plastic piece but after pricing new dishwashers decided to buy an extra in addition to the one i needed. Working like new again

Parts were exactly what needed . . .
Had to replace the wheels (located on the sidewalls) of our Elite Kenmore Dishwasher. There was no instructions, however, I found a good U-Tube video that instructed me exactly how it needed to be done. Went well.

I would buy from this site again.
I couldn't get the parts locally which put our dishwasher o/s. I looked on line and found you had a part that looks very much like the ones I needed. I received them in 2 days, but it was estimated in 1day. Still good by any measure.

a rack wheel fell off and melted in the dishwasher
I just had to slide a new wheel onto the rack - 5 seconds max. The quality of the rack system is a different matter....
