Installation by a novice

The installation would not have been possible without having access to the video and a list of parts shipped would have been appreciated as the miniature star screw driver was initially thought to be a screw and that we had misplaced a matching part. But with the video and my wife's help, everything went together easily and we are very satisfied with the operation of the repaired top basket in our dish washer.

Easy to Install

Easy to install and a perfect replacement for the broken part.

Replacement part bigger and stronger.

The adjuster is thicker and it is not possible to fit glasses or cups in front of adjuster. The adjuster is much more sturdy, and I believe rollers may be able to be replaced separately. No written instructions included so I had to search internet for videos to show installations.

The Kit arrive as scheduled. Easy installation after have watched the instruction's movie on youtube.

Dishwasher rack parts

Though part was slightly different it it did work. Installation instructions on line were necessary because of the slight difference on how it was installed.

Quick and Simple Installation.

Parts came quickly and was exactly what I ordered. They installed easily and work great.

Easy to install and the rack glides easily.

Easy to install the height adjuster/rollers on the dishwasher upper rack by using the YouTube video that is linked on the website. It took about 15 minutes to install. It may be a little difficult if you don't use the video.

Replacement repair kit missing part.

Roller was missing from the replacement part. Had to return entire kit, have to wait for replacement kit that might not be complete. Replacement kit looks very different from current upper rack adjuster not sure that it will have as much adjustment as original, or if it will work at all.
