We received the product. We managed to figure out the parts however, it took some time. My only suggestion would be that you provide instructions with the parts. My other issue is that the parts should be mailed to Canada too. Thank you

Dishwasher upper rack rollwe
No instructions. It sucked trying to figure out how to put it together. Cheaply made! I think a monkey could have designed a better design. Once again, no instructions made for a very difficult installation.

Works wonderfully when installed
Works great after installation. Had an issue when installing. One of the metal arm brackets had a slight bend on the end which made it impossible to get the clip to install on the end of it. I had to take it out to the garage and hammer it straight.

Great to have parts to fix things.
The parts were perfect but there weren't any instructions. The parts were loose in a box with no packing. We watched a you tube to get it done.

The pictures in the directions could have been better but taking your time and making sure parts are oriented correctly resulted in a succesful installation.

Much Needed Part
Totally delighted that this part was available for our 10 yr old Kenmore Elite Dishwasher. Nothing was wrong with the dishwasher other than the top drawer mechanism to adjust height and support the top rack deteriorated over time and completely broke. Original mechanism was plastic and this replacement part is metal which should last long. Also, thank you for the installation instructions and YouTube video placed directly in the email receipt.

Not for the faint of heart do it your selfers
I did get the replacement parts installed with the help of the online instructional video. The shipper box was crushed upon arrival and all parts were loose in side. No pack slip so just got lucky.
