Easy to install, better than the original!
They redesigned the top which controls it opening and closing. The original was poorly designed and would break if you accidentally moved the flap manually and closed the door. Obviously, at some point this is bound to happen... in fact it happened to me a few times and I didn't even touch the flapper! The new one is supposed to work exactly like the original, but has a new feature where the top is spring loaded and instead of breaking it simply slides into the flapper. I am extremely happy and impressed with the new design.

Easy to install
The installation went very quickly. I Just removed two plastic caps and the two screws. After that I just lifted the part out and disconnected it. The installation was just the reverse. In all it took ten minutes.

Fairly easy to instal
The part installed quickly, about 5 minutes or so, but wouldn't operate correctly because the spring was installed upside down at the factory. After the spring was reversed it works fine now.

Sent even though cancelled order
This was one of two parts that I canceled after getting the correct one that their site said was no longer manufactured. Even though the parts were canceled prior to shipment, they were sent anyway and I was charged the shipping when I returned them. The part I did install was a perfect fit and the you tube video made installing it a snap.
