O-Ring Purchase for water softener
The experts looked up my model number and sold me the part. I could have bought it cheaper online, but went to OEM thinking I would get a better part. I brought a spare clip as well. I wanted it done quick, so I paid extra and expedited the delivery. They sent me the wrong O-rings. I learned this after I shut off water to my house and tore the softener apart. Later, this was easily verified when I located operating manual. Now, I need to go out of my way to have the O-rings sent back-waiting on shipping papers. They won't refund the expediting unless I also send back the clip because it was the correct clip. If I send back the clip they will refund the expediting, but there is a service fee to take clip back. What a waste of time for something I wanted done quick.

Seriously overpriced
$50 for 7 o-rings bought in 2 kits. Didnt come with silicone grease either, so had to go get some of that. Easy enough to install but save youself $40, if you have a good hardware store close, and get them there.
