What a relief!
Our faithful Kenmore Refrigerator was around 14 years old when it started to make a loud "CLUNK" upon opening and closing the door. Not sure why we waited four or five years to look into repairing it, but it is now 19 years old. and, thanks to Sears Parts Direct, it is now quiet again. The door hinge bushing was all that was needed. It was simple to install, and it fit perfectly. It's going to take a while to get used to not hearing that clunking sound, though.

Great quality and fast install
The fridge door bottom bushing broke and my refrigerator door would not stay closed. The part shipped fast appears very durable and I installed it, much to my husbands surprise, in about 5 minutes.

Easy to order and install!
Basic R&R: just remove all the items stored in the door, remove the top door plate/hing and life the door off the lower plate/hing. After the door is removed, the bushings on the refrigerator and the door are easily removable. Replace the bushings and replace the door.
