Igniter did the trick
The igniter would cone on and the oven would light. Then we would hear it re-lighting about every 20 seconds or so until it eventually got up to temperature. Very annoying. New igniter was the fix. I didnt think it was the igniter at first because you could see it glowing the whole time. But, apparently, it has to draw a certain amount of current for the gas valve to stay open. My old igniter measured 189 ohms and the new one was around 54, so much more current through the new one. Cut my finger up though.

Glad I bought from Sears
My oven stopped heating or it took about an hour to reach the right temperature. Googled the issue and everyone wrote it was most likely the igniter. There are a bunch of cheaper universal units but after reading reviews it was a risk to take the cheap route, so I ordered the specific part from Sears. It was easy to install and it fixed the problem.
