Still not the correct part after a month
Sears has sent me the same wrong part twice now. I call them every five days or so to try and find out the current status. A earlier comment for the same part from two months before I ordered had that person getting the same wrong part four times. The same wrong part I keep getting. Sears needs to fix their database; when the the correct number is entered, either by me at first or the Sears people second, the wrong number pops up in Pennsylvania to ship the part. Numbers are close but the wrong oven door hinge might fit an Abrams tank, not my oven. After a few weeks I have not heard from the "research department" yet and the customer support people are frustrated too.

A hooror show from beginning to end
I ordered the Pt # 5304485228 FOUR separate times from your screwed up firm. FOUR separate times you sent me part# 5304485195 THE WRONG PART $ TIMES. THAT MUST BE SORT SORT OF RECORD. The Repair guy ordered the same part # 5304485228 also and got the same result - part# 5304485195 - it did not fit the slot on my oven door for Kenmore Stove model 79090432702. Are you folks terminally stupid or don't you realize that the wrong part is in the wrong box-eh, hosehead.

Wrong instructions
Luckily it was simple to figure out, took 20 minutes start to finish. Just pull out the "Storage" drawer vs the "Warmer" and the "Sides" which are not there, then reach around and screw it in. Thread quality was poor, so run a tap through it first. Took away one star for the wrong directions, and one for the lousy threads.
