Expensive shipping
On a visit my sister broke the slide rail on our deli drawer. She tried to order us a new one. As it turns out she ordered the wrong part. I can't use this. Shipping on the purchase was almost as much as the part. Return shipping is almost as much as the part. I'm tempted to throw it away and source the right part from a cheaper third party supplier.
