Stove top replacement

Good product - okay service

The product itself is good. It arrived well with absolutely no issues with the packaging. The product arrived much later than what the website said for delivery time because it needed to be back-ordered. No big deal, it eventually arrived. It also arrived without any installation instructions, so we had to look it up online. Thankfully, it was easy, but I recommend doing it with two people.

stove failure

Terrible. Wrong glass replacement stove top. I guess they no longer support it. Took a while to refund my credit card even though the part was received. Bad experience ... Purchasing a new stove else where. Buyers remorse for having purchased through sears.
