It was not easy to install

Horrible Shopping Experience

Horrible experience from the beginning. The part arrived late. The part and packaging they sent looked like they dropped it off the truck many times, it was scratched up and stained. To top it off, the part did not fit my refrigerator, as they said it would. When I returned it ticked off by the waste of my time with Sears, they still charged me for shipping. No wonder they went under elsewhere.

I will never use Sears Parts Direct ever again

This is the worst supplier. No communication, CS had no information and constantly lying about sending my order to a 'cancellation department' just to get me off the phone. (No such thing).

Don't pay for next day service.

I paid the additional fee to have the item delivered the next day. Sadly, the item did not show up the next day. I called the Sears number to no avail. I will never pay the additional fee again as the folks I spoke with had no remedy for my concern. As a matter of fact, I will likely look elsewhere for parts in the future.
