Arrived Broken
The drawer arrived broken in the same spot as the one I replaced. The clear plastic was broken and the right hand corner was broken.

Freezer drawer
1st I was sent the wrong drawer, even though model number was provided to sales person by phone. Had to take drawer to UPS to return drawer. 2nd drawer arrived broken. Had to take to UPS to return. 3rd drawer arrived. Perfect fit but did not come with the ice tray that the other drawers arrived with, and original freezer drawer came with when refrigerator was originally purchased.

Can't get correct part.
Apparently, the part number for my Kenmoor refrigerator changed. I ordered the part with the new number but it does fit. I confirmed that the part ordered matched the model number of the fridge. I was then referred to LG who was no help whatsoever.
