Knob does not match my appliance
I was sent the wrong part again. The first one does not match my appliance. During a telephone conversation with the Sears Parts representative, I was assured they would send me the correct part. I received the same exact part they sent the first time. I don't get it.

Knob does not match my appliance
I ordered a knob which is turned move to point to the level of water I need in my Kenmore washing machine. It is white and blue, but my knobs on the machine are black and stainless. I waited 6 months to get this from the time I ordered it. Very unsatisfied.
