Scratch on front!
I disappointed to see a scratch on the front.i asked for a discount and 10% was all they could offer w/o opportunity to return if a problem after install. Really don't want hassle of return/exchange! I'm debating what to do:(

Assembled improperly from factory!!!
The arm that switches form cubes to crushed was assembled improperly when I received the Ice Container. It would not allow the refrigerator to switch from Cubes to Crushed. Being a retired engineer and handyman, it was obvious that it was worth a look before returning it. It was intuitively obvious once I removed the cover that the person that assembled it screwed it up, so I fixed it and it works great. It was easy to install but not so easy to repair.

Ice bucket
The product was super simple to install. Works like new. I applaud the design and integration blended into the contours. That said, from the date of the order to product delivery was around 10 working days. Far longer than expected.
