Walking belt 184542 rotates around the walking board and is the surface that you walk on when using the treadmill. Lubricate belt and walking board with silicone belt lubricant when installing the walking belt.
Unplug the treadmill before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Treadmill Belt Replacement
Belt was longer than the one I removed. Had to remove some of the tensioning parts

Front roller seems longer than original
Installed replacement belt and front roller. All seemed great until test time came and the right ride of the roller and the plastic spacer shim attached to the roller rubbed the mount block and started melting. Appears the roller may be longer across and not allowing for clearance of OEM front roller. going to have to take it apart again and measure. Something not right and it's back together just as it came apart. Great service on deliver from Sears but front roller just not looking like it's right.
