Used, Broken Junk from recycled appliances.
I ordered this part to repair my aunt's washing machine after ordering from another distributor only to find the original part ordered was someone else's returned broken part. When I received this part from Sears Parts Direct, it was also broken. I called, had it returned, a week later I received a third broken part. I am no professional, but after spending close to $90 for broken junk, I will never order from Sears Parts Direct or Parts Select dot com because I feel like the parts I paid good money for were junk parts removed from old broken appliances and sold as "new" to gullible, desperate customers like my aunt and I.
