This tire (part number X08E) is for band saws.
Tire X08E covers the wheel on which the blade rotates. The tire is a tight fit; stretch it around the wheel.
Unplug the saw before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Took some creativity
Replaced the tire on the drive wheel and you have to stretch the tire over the wheel. Used 2 small vise grips to hold the tire and then had to stretch it over the wheel.

Very difficult to install.
I have tried numerous times and have given up trying to install this on my band saw wheel. I do not know how to stretch it enough.
