You need to be a cross between a lady contortionist and a snake to replace the part, which was the wrong one anyway. If it were accessible, it would be a 2-minute replacement. I set up a repair time, and the guy never showed up. I called to set up a new repair guy, and got a sales pitch about how I ought to get a service contract on everything sold by Sears.
