Had a repair service install the replacement part
Spent over 300.00 dollars for the replacement part which took almost 4 months to receive. My Kenmore dryer was only about 2 years old and already had to replace the control panel. I dried two loads of clothes and the part went out again. I have spent 500.00 dollars on trying to repair a dyer that is less than 3 years old! I recall a time that Kenmore appliances were of good quality. It has been many years ago. Guess thats what happens when you contract with the lowest bidder that makes parts for their appliances. It's no wonder why Sears sales fell and they had to close their stores.

Plug and play
Super easy install just plugged in 5 wires and a couple of screws. It was an expensive control board, but a lot cheaper than a new dryer.
