Kenmore water heater problem solved

My water heater stopped functioning. The temperature control assembly was flashing 4 beats. The heater users pamphlet said to replace the unit. I did so, and the problem was solved. Installation was straight-forward, no problems at all.

Easy to install - we're plumbers

We ordered it for a customer. Easy to install. However, it came a day late. Also, water heater was under warranty but in order to use the warranty, you have to call out a Sears team member at a rate of $99/hr for them to order the parts. THEN, you have to pay them to install the parts. Very poor warranty. We recommend A.O. Smith or Bradford White as they honor their warranty in a more professional manner.
