Over the past few months I have had a horrific experience trying to order a part for my freezer. I have spoken to Roy, Jean, Charmain and Red. I have received two wrong parts and am trying to return them. I could not print off labels for their returns to no avail. It seems people in your employ are not qualified to handle these calls; also, I have tried to have labels mailed to me and nothing. I spoke to Red last week and she promised to have labels sent to me yesterday or today. I have spoken to our local UPS warehouse and they have no labels as promised. I have to different orders at my home and I am about to destroy them and forget this whole process. As a matter of fact I will not deal with Sears again and will get rid of the Kenmore products I have. This makes me sad.
