Arrived Quickly and Easy to Install

Check out Sears if you need parts. Samsung referred me to another provider but they were not as helpful and their online search was confusing. My Samsung dryer would not stop spinning and the control board would not reset. I would have to unplug the dryer or leave the door open. If you have this problem, chances are your control board needs to be replaced. Note this is a very easy fix you can do for yourself. After unplugging the electricity, take off the top of your dryer (just a few screws at the back) and unscrew the control panel which is located on the left of the dryer (the metal plate you see on the control board is protecting it). The wires / connections attached to the control panel will snap out easily though you may need some gentle pressure with a pair of pliers. Simply plug in the new control board and voila, it works perfectly now. Very happy with the quick service from Sears. I paid for expedited shipping but still, it showed up within a couple days of me ordering it on Christmas day!

Arrived in poor packaging, was bent and scratched

The repair did not work. The replacement part was scratched, bent, and poorly packaged. I'm not sure if the part worked or not because it did not repair the machine and this was the third piece I repaired.
