Partially used this part!
Tech said per website, their are no parts for my model for the hinge but he was able to hacksaw off a portion of this part to use on my hinge and it worked!!!!! Freezer is 6 yrs old! Still works but hinge plastic part broke off! I am getting credit for the other 2 parts I purchased that were wrong parts!!!!!!

Parts work, system FAILS
Parts worked. Communication terrible. Got an email telling me can't return part ordered if wrong one or its defective. Paid extra for expedited shipping, first part arrived on time. Got second email telling me second part was back ordered, no upcoming delivery likely. Showed up on m y porch next day...

This part was apparently part of a redesign of the lower hinge assembly after we purchased the freezer 4 years ago. The complete hinge assembly is required, not just this part.
