Easy to install
Took 3 months to find and get the part. These trays for a Whirlpool Fridge seem to break into two parts after a few years. The drawer face breaks away from the drawer itself. That wouldn't be a problem but the logistics involved with getting a new tray was awful!

The first drawer came cracked but customer service sent out another. Very easy to remove old drawer and put new one in. Perfect match!
