I replaced the control panel on my dishwasher.This control panel was easy to install. I’m not a handy person so was pretty intimidated at the idea of this DIY project. So I took my time. I also took some time to clean the internal components, and test functionality along the way, which required flipping the power off a few times, but was successful.

Installing required removing 2 other parts held in place by flexible tabs. One I got those unhooked the old panel was easy to remove. The new panel had an indexed ribbon connector so it could go on only one way. I remounted the other 2 parts, turned the electricity back on, pushed the buttons, and bingo.

The control panel was only partially working so it exactly what was needed and super easy! Also, since I was ordering, I got a new silverware holder!! Nice!!

Only took about 30 minutes including taking off the old panel. Needed another set of hands but that's just to help hold while you take the ribbon cable off and put it back on

I needed to replace control button covers that had worn off. Nothing wrong with the control system. Was disappointed that I needed to buy the whole control panel, just to get these.

We pulled up a YouTube video, it wasn’t quite the same model but worked. Would like to see directions or a specific YouTube recommended video for install from Sears
