Good part, bad purchase experience.

They held back this part from shipping because of a concern with my credit card. The same card that authorized the payment the day of purchase. This caused me loss of rental income. Their customer support people are offshore and very difficult to understand. Frustrating experience to say the least.

Happy that my dishwasher is working.

My husband took the damaged part out and it took him some time to replace it. Dishwasher is working perfectly.

easy to install

easy to install but will need 2 people to do it. took about 90 mins total.

Moderately difficult to install.

It took about 90 minutes and two people were required to insert the tabs.

It didn't take very long and worked great. The wife is very happy to have he dishwasher running again. Happy wife happy life

Dishwasher Sump and Motor installed

Took about 30 min. total to remove old unit, install new one and up running, very easy.

You can't go wrong

Great fit. Nice to have all these components already assembled for Easy install.

Small O ring

Not hard to install except after the first installation it was leaking because the O ring was to small. I needed to get a size fatter for the sensor. Second installation went great. No leaks.
