wrong part

More than one hour i received the wrong part. Sears had me purchased new part with no garantee to when will i received my refund of the old order

It was somewhat easy to install.

It took me about 30 minutes to install. All that is needed is: 1. Be careful when disassembling and uninsttalling the old (bad) element. Mark the cables well so you do not make a mistake when reassembling (I even took a picture with my phone). 2. Follow the instructions provided with the new element. 3. You will need some tools (1/4 inch wrench) and screwdrivers. Maybe also an allen wrench.
