Changing out the vent blower motor assembly is quite and easy install and most homeowners can accomplish this task. The only tool required is a phillips screw driver. Remove the door panel screws, drop the door panel, pull the old motor and install the new one. Total time, with my wife asking questions, was about 10 mintues.

Fairly easy to install
easy to install but make sure the vent is totally lined up before attaching the grill. The door flexes when disassembled so it can become unaligned
