Worth the wait.

Easy swap, my grill has a new life!
Just remove the existing grates and worn--out shield and replace with the new one. My old shield had holes in it that allowed the flames to shoot up and scorch the food. Renewed a 5 year old grill to work like new. I accidentally ordered the wrong part from a different site, it was the firebox itself which requires a significant amount of work to replace. (I kept it as it could use a new one but not immediately.) Received the replacement part from Sears Direct very quickly, and they had a better price than other popular replacement appliance parts sites.

Worked with modifications .. Happy
I love my Red's BBQ, allows BBQ meats with smoke and NO flare ups. BUT the FireBox heatshield take the wear.... The replacement Firebox was great except the Alignment pins were too large for the existing holes in the BBA.. Only took about 5 minutes to drill the holes larger.... Works great and should last another few years now... Happy with the purchase... - Bob -

Part # G352-1000-W1 measured 17 1/2" x 17 1/4". Part needed measured 17 1/2" x 15 1/4" Ordered per Char-Broil/ Masterbuilt part #. Returning to Parts Direct.

Specs don't match original part from Char-Broil
The four legs of this item are slightly larger than the original part and they don't fit the holes on the firebox where they are supposed to be inserted. I have to drill the holes to make them bigger in order to fit this part.
