Easy to install
Once I removerd the parts of the dryer. Tested and knew it was the the high limit thermostat that was bad. I went to Sears dirext broughtvthe piece and in two days installed it in 5 minutes and put the dryer back together and is now working like a charm.

Just the part I needed
My dryer stopped heating and I knew I didn't need to spend on an expensive service. Sears had the part that burnt out and got it to me fast. Now my dryer is working and I'm so happy.

Part good, but shipping slow & staff heavy accent
Part was great and easy to install, but shipping very slow, and had a very hard time understanding person on phone (heavy foreign accent). It took a few days for the parts to begin the shipping trip. Also I gave them my new address, but they shipped to my old address, adding another week. Unacceptable. Will never order from them again.
