Easy to install
Purchased replacement parts for the water arm in our old Kenmore dishwasher. Parts were easy to find in the online parts list and ordering was also easy. Parts arrived within a week and it took me 5 minutes to replace the broken parts.

We did it ourselves!
By not following directions in our attempt to fix our dishwasher, I broke a part, so had to order an additional part before completing the repair. But once it arrived (fairly quickly), we were able to install the new parts relatively easily. The only difficulty was that the new parts were not exactly the same as the old ones. But they fit and work. So we are pleased. Better than buy a new dishwasher!
