So easy to install
It was very easy to install - open dishwasher, remove lower dish rack, unscrew the part that holds the sprayer arm on the bottom of the machine, remove arm. You will see the O ring right under it. Change the ring, replace the sprayer arm, fasten it back down, replace the dish rack and close. I believe it took less than 5 minutes.

Extremely Simple
It took about two minutes. I noticed the sprayer in the bottom of our (19 year old!) Kenmore dishwasher wasn't sitting straight. There's a pvc bushing the sprayer rides on and it wears out over time. All you do is unscrew a hold down nut (by hand) and remove the sprayer. The bushing rests right there.

Dishwasher repair
I am 83 years old and was able to figure out what was broken and needed repair by reviewing your informational diagrams, listing and naming each part. I was able to name the problem and find the the parts I needed, they arrived quickly and a friend installed them....I have bad arthritis in my hands and am unable to do the hand work required to complete this work and my friend is very strong and smart. 15 minutes/the only cost was the replacement parts. If an old lady can figure it out how to do this it is pretty evident that some of these repairs can easily be accomplished with the help of the accurate information that was provided to me on the website.
