With a little modification and thought I managed to get the part to replace the old (23 years!?) manifold. It was not perfect but I did make it work to my satisfaction. Sure beats getting a new dishwasher!

The connections were simple, though the manifold did not fit through the support device at the rear of the wire rack. I cut the top of the support, it seemed stiff enough to support the manifold. Seems to be working fine.

Good up grade

Old part fell off onto heating element and was destroyed. This was due to material design. New part is one solid piece so it can not come off. Very easy to install. Fit well.
